Cairns Security Doors offers Perfguard, an aluminium perforated mesh, which is high quality, aesthetically pleasing, and economical whilst remaining corrosion resistant and durable.
It has a thickness of 2mm and is powder coated black. It may be use for security of doors, windows, patio enclosures and with a 40% view through, may be used for privacy or sun screening.
Compliant with Australian Standards AS5309.

PERFGUARD product warranty is for 7 years from the date of product installation (conditions apply). This warranty is to the original purchaser providing that the product care and maintenance recommendations along with the warranty conditions have always been complied with during that period.
PERFGUARD window grille, hinged security door and sliding security door all passed or satisfies the following:
- Dynamic Impact Test
- Pull Test
- Jemmy Test
- Knife Shear Test
- Probe Test
Hinged and sliding security doors tested with 3 point locking hardware.
